Facebook is testing Discord-like audio channels for Groups
This change is just one of several that the social media platform is experimenting with. The company is also experimenting with other types of “channels,” which are essentially subgroups within each group on Facebook, where members can discuss specific topics. Community chat channels, which organize message threads around topics related to a particular group, as well as community feed channels, are topic-based spaces within the group.
